What is the Flight Path model? The Flight Path is BugByte’s artist development framework — a roadmap that guides your growth across voice, musicianship, performance, and creative identity. Rather than isolated lessons, everything you learn connects to a bigger picture of who you’re becoming as an artist.
What are workshops? Workshops are live, monthly group sessions on topics like songwriting, recording for singers, performance, and branding. They’re included in most subscriptions and are designed for personalized, hands-on experiences. It’s not uncommon to be the only student at a workshop — which means you may walk away with what amounts to a private session.
What is your attendance and makeup policy? A 12-hour notice of cancellation is required to receive a makeup lesson. Students can receive up to 2 makeups per quarter. Makeup lessons are held for 45 days, after which they expire. See our full Studio Agreement for details.
What is your cancellation policy? We don’t do contracts — you can pause or cancel at any time by submitting a request through our Member Update Form at https://forms.gle/tQT6SEp8wGFQeqLg8. Requests are processed within five business days. Please note that BugByte does not issue refunds, and certain membership options are only available to current Hive members and cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
Do you work with every applicant? We don’t — and that’s intentional. BugByte is a community built on connection, and we only work with people we genuinely click with. If it’s not the right fit after your intro session, we’ll happily refer you to someone who might serve you better. We’ll even refund your intro session fee if you notify us within 24 hours.
